Study abroad

Study abroad

Are you a student considering studying abroad? The UFR allows you to spend a year or a semester in Europe or outside Europe.
This page is designed to guide you through the application process and your mobility. Please read it carefully.

The first thing to do is to understand the key terms and the different types of agreements and services you will encounter during your mobility. Students with disabilities can receive specific support and financial assistance for studying abroad.

Step 2: Submit your application

Students are selected for exchange programs based on academic criteria, language skills, the quality of their project and motivation, and the completeness and quality of their application.

After a preliminary selection process, the Central International Relations Office reserves the right to invite students for an interview, sometimes in the language of the host country.

Step 3: Appointment and Application

a. Appointment

If your application is accepted, you will receive an official acceptance email and our services will nominate you to our partner universities. This mandatory step allows our partners to contact you to explain the application process at their university.

b. Application

Your host university will contact you to ask you to submit your application. This will be reviewed by their team, and you will then receive an email to let you know whether you have been accepted.

Step 4: Prepare for departure

Step 5: During mobility
