Create your internship agreement

Please note: No internship may begin until the agreement has been drawn up and signed.
The total duration of an internship must not exceed the maximum duration specified in the examination regulations.
The academic year ends on September 30. No internship may extend beyond that date.

Have you found an internship?

Once you've found an internship, you must:
Before you create your internship agreement, your topic must be approved by the internship coordinator for your program.

How to Create Your Internship Agreement?

Once your topic has been approved:
  1. Log in to ESUPstage using your Agalan credentials. Complete your internship agreement application on the platform.
  2. Once you have finished entering your information, the internship office will review your internship agreement. After review, the agreement is uploaded to YOUSIGN so it can be electronically signed.
