Once your year-end transcripts or two transcripts have been submitted and the Excel document has been completed. Your grades will be converted according to the grade conversion scale and reviewed by a panel. The panels meet in mid-June. If you have not received your grades by then, don't worry, other panels will meet later for those who have not received their grades.

You will then receive a year-end transcript with a grade for each semester.
