Process Engineering Course

This program is offered starting in the third year. It is intended for students who wish to pursue a career in the field of process engineering. The sectors most specifically targeted are energy and thermal engineering, the environment, formulation, analysis, and control. This involves, for example, mastering cold production, energy transport, the nature and quantity of industrial waste, and the development and control of products (e.g., cosmetics) in accordance with specifications. In addition to acquiring knowledge in basic scientific disciplines, this program emphasizes the application of this knowledge to process engineering issues: fluid behavior, heat transfer, reactor sizing, analysis, etc. It is complemented by an introduction to the economic world and a mandatory two-month internship, preferably in a company.
