The Chemistry and Biology Training and Research Unit (UFR) atUniversité Grenoble Alpes training for students in various specializations in chemistry, process engineering, and biology.


The Chemistry and Biology Department offers all general and professional courses from Bachelor's degree (L3) to Master's degree (M2). Students in the first two years of their bachelor's degree attend classes and other educational activities at the Department of Science and Technology (DLST) in Grenoble and at the Drôme-Ardèche Department of Science(DSDA) in Valence. Students who wish to pursue a PhD can enroll in the doctoral schools ofUniversité Grenoble Alpes.


The Chemistry and Biology Department is linked to many research centers Grenoble residents who work in a wide variety of fields.
