Éclats de sciences offers a friendly exploration of UGA research during the Fête de la Science. More than 110 researchers are taking advantage of the Fête de la Science to put together a packed program of events throughout the day across the campus. Throughout the week, come and meet the scientists who will be sharing their daily lives and their work.

UGA research in all its forms, events not to be missed:

LAB OPEN HOUSE: go behind the scenes of research
12 research teams are simultaneously opening the doors of their labs at the University Campus and offering exceptional events. 
Equipment, demonstrations, tours, and above all, meetings with scientists! (October 9 and 10, 12:30 p.m.)

QUANTUM in the spotlight: it's the international year
Science lunch breaks
  • At the university library, science and sandwiches are within easy reach: take advantage of your break to feed your mind as well as your stomach. Hosted by scientists, these fun and interactive events have something for everyone. (October 6 and 7, 11:30 a.m. - BUDL and BUJF)
  • Fast and Science, get your dose of science: Challenge set for students on the Master's in Scientific and Technical Communication and Culture at UGA: make science accessible in 5 minutes flat! (October 8, 12 p.m. - BUDL and BUJF)

Science is written and transcribed in a thousand ways, in words and images.

  • Follow the adventures and expeditions of Eclats de sciences on our social media channels!
  • Fancy a read? A selection of books in the university libraries to explore the theme of Intelligence(s) in a range of scientific fields. (October 3 to 13 - BUJF & BUDL)
