Master's degree application


Most students leave during their third year of undergraduate studies, which means that during your year abroad, you will need to apply for a master's degree if you plan to continue your studies.
For these applications, you will be asked to provide your transcript for the first semester of the current year. However, during your mobility period, you will only receive a transcript for the entire year at the end of your year, i.e., after your application campaigns, which take place in March and April.

The UFR's international relations team will provide you with a letter of absence for your master's applications. These requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Send a single email with a list of all the programs you are applying for and the necessary documents to ufrchimiebiologie-ri@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.

Internal application to UGA

You will not need letters justifying your lack of grades, as the course coordinators are aware of your situation. You can send an email to request the other documents required for your application.
External application to UGA

Send an email to the RI mailbox with the number of documents required for your application and we will provide you with a letter certifying the absence of a grade.
