• Pre-selection of applications by the UGA and posting of lists of students selected under DGD DIT agreements
• First week of January : deadline for receipt of English test results, if required by the host university

FEBRUARY

Preselection of European applications by the UFR and notification of selected students

FEBRUARY/MARCH/APRIL

If preselected : application file to be submitted to the partner university

MAY/JUNE/JULY

• Mandatory information meeting (sign-in sheet)
• Final response from the partner university:
  • If admission, administrative formalities to be completed: visa, accommodation, health insurance, plane tickets, etc.
  • Funding application : application for a mobility grant
  • Registration on Ariane

JULY

Enrollment at UGA for the following academic year
