Documents required for the mobility assistance application file

Before completing the mobility assistance application, you must have a certificate of internship validated by the program director (or, failing that, an email from the internship supervisor and program director), or an internship agreement. This supporting document must be provided with the application.
Added to this piece:
  • a resume in French
  • a cover letter in French for the internship
  • proof of enrollment at UGA for the current year
  • a sworn statement specifying that the internship is unpaid or, failing that, the amount of remuneration
  • a copy of the final award of a scholarship based on social criteria
  • a copy of the COTOREP decision for students with disabilities
  • 2 bank account details
Mobility assistance does not cover all expenses related to the stay. It is therefore advisable to prepare your budget in advance.
