The implementation of study and/or exam accommodations is based on recommendations made by the Disability Services Office (SAH), which are themselves based on the medical opinion of a certified disability doctor at the university health center (CSU).

Calendar

• The procedures must be completed before September 30 for implementation in October, in order to benefit from them as early as the first exams. It is strongly recommended to begin these procedures during the summer, as the wait times are longer at the start of the school year in September.
• You must renew your request for accommodations for each academic year, if possible as soon as you receive your exam results in early July. You can also notify the disability advisors at the UFR that you are continuing your studies at the UGA's Chemistry-Biology UFR.

Procedure

To obtain notification allowing the implementation of the disability management plan, you must complete the following steps:

1. Submit a request for accommodations to the SAH:

   Fill out the SAH online form.
   For urgent requests, you can contact reception directly at 04 76 82 84 70.
   Your dedicated contact person is Nathalie Bienvenu.

2. Make an appointment with a doctor at the university health center by calling 04 76 82 40 70.

   There is one center on the Saint Martin d'Hères university campus and one in downtown Grenoble.

3. Inform the Chemistry and Biology Department of your decision:

The disability advisors at the UFR are responsible for:

• To assist in the implementation of recommended curriculum and exam adjustments in direct collaboration with the health center and the Disability Services Office.
• To provide personalized support throughout students' studies at the UFR and to help them develop learning strategies.
