First enrollment at UGA

Once all your supporting documents have been submitted to the dedicated platform and validated by the registrar's office, you will receive a QR code on the Campus UGA app that will allow you to collect your student card independently.
Download the Campus UGA app from your smartphone's app store.
From September 1, you will be able to scan the QR code at a self-service terminal shared by the two UFRs (Chemistry, Biology, and STAPS) to obtain your student card.

Please note: this is not the same QR code as the one issued by Parcoursup following your admission confirmation.

Re-enrollment at UGA

Once all your supporting documents have been uploaded to the dedicated platform and validated by the registrar's office, you can collect your sticker from your administrator's office in Building E André Rassat, starting September 1, between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
