RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

The recruitment process for temporary staff is paperless at the University.
Temporary teachers must be registered and submit their administrative files. 15 days before the start of their assignment to allow them to access UGA's digital tools.
The temporary worker recruitment platform, PINEA (Pplatform INintervention Eteachers vAcataires), is accessible only to educational administrators. HERE restricted access.


Please note that teaching hours are converted into tutorial equivalents for payment purposes (1 hour of tutorial equivalent = €41.41 gross).
1 hour of practical work = 0.66 hours of tutorial equivalent
1 hour of lecture = 1.5 hours of tutorial equivalent
 

Individuals with the following statuses are not permitted to perform temporary work: 

  • Second-year master's students,
  • Retirees from UPMF, UJF, Stendhal, and UGA,
  • Retirees over the age of 67,
  • Temporary Teaching and Research Assistants,
  • Permanent or contract staff on parental leave or on leave to raise a child under the age of 8,
  • Doctoral students with or without teaching responsibilities whose contract began before September 1, 2016,
