An Agalan account and a UGA email address are required to have a Zoom account.
Please contact your local HR department if necessary.

BigBlueButton (BBB)

BigBlueButton allows you to organize remote meetings via videoconference (or audioconference if you are not using webcams).

To log in to BigBlueButton, go to https://meet.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/ and log in using your usual UGA credentials (Agalan).

We do not provide support for these software programs. If you use them, be sure not to enter your Agalan login details when creating your account.
Please note that we have no control over what companies do with your data (contact details, videos, etc.).
Do not use them for confidential exchanges.

Office automation

Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 is a suite of tools that promotes online communication and collaboration from any device (computer, smartphone, tablet). Office 365 is available free of charge to active students and most staff members.

To use all the Microsoft tools in this documentation, you must log in with your UGA login, which is structured as follows: login@azure.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr (replace "login" with your usual Agalan login). You will be asked for a second authentication to access the tools authorized for UGA.
